Why did we wait over an hour for our pizza mind you I live 5 min if that away from the pizza place and when we got the pizza it was wrong my family doesn’t eat pork (except my kids occasionally) ! My kids were starving so I let them both have a slice and instantly called the pizza place the lady couldn’t have even been 2 min from my house at this point . I was so nice and explained it to the man that answered and he kindly passed the phone to a women who was also nice and got the owner or manager I’m not sure who then asked me what the problem was i explained that we don’t eat pork and it had pepperoni and I specifically put that in the notes ! She then stared talking all crazy to the workers saying these mess ups are getting expensive then turns her attention back to me and says I want that pizza back too I said yes maam that’s fine my kids both ate a piece they were starving !! She then didn’t say anything and hung up on me ! I called back and the guy answered and instantly was combative saying it wasn’t me that was the boss sounds like your problem your kids should have waited etc! The boss wouldn’t even get back on the phone to speak to me and then they said we will give you a

Absolutely no communication between staff and management, I ordered 4 orders of mozzarella sticks that were being advertised as buy one get one free and I even called ahead to double check because Ive had issues before with employees forgetting marinara sauces before, and I was told they would be all in there, just to then later see all 4 orders of them cancelled off my order as out of stock. If they had just told me over the phone in the first place I would have cancelled my order, but when I called back the manager told me the staff apparently already knew this, but didnt tell her until right after we were off the phone So why the heck didnt I get a call back informing me over half my order was about to get cancelled So now I have paid for fees and delivery and a tip just to be missing over half food but they had my boyfriend's sandwich and fried mushrooms at least 🙃

Would have loved to have left a great review bc we have had the pizza before. However tonight was by far the worst experience we have ever had . We ordered the food at 8:37pm and food was estimated to be delivered at 9:53 pm . Attempted to contact the slice app support help to find out where our order was at 10:22 pm and was told it was on it’s issued a 3 dollar credit bc it was running late . Attempted to call the store when saw that it was almost closing and no answer . Spoke with an agent at slice app to find out they can’t issue a refund even thought at 10:55 pm they still see that the order is claiming to be out for delivery . We NEVER RECEIVED OUR PIZZA THE DRIVER STOLE THE FOOD TIP AND THE STORE TOOK THE MONEY FOR THEIR NIGHT COUNT AND WE HAVE NO PIZZA TO ATTEMPT TO ENJOY. Must be nice to steal pizza oh and we have video evidence that we never received so before a driver tries to claim anything other than they never delivered . So now We have to wait for slice to open and investigate against the shop to issue a refund even thought they can see it was never delivered .

I'll start off with this pizza tastes great, not too much of anything, a perfect blend of flavors. But that also means not too much of the cooking either. As you can see from the middle 2 pictures, the dough was still uncooked and squishy. This was my second time getting pizza from them and I thought if I asked for it to be well done this would not be an issue. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, the people who work there are so friendly and the price is reasonable but the uncooked dough sort of ruined it.
